At Instant Digital Now (IDN), we specialize in digital products, including software, license keys, activation codes, and downloadable files. Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, our Refund & Returns Policy differs from physical goods.
1. Digital Products Are Non-Returnable
All products sold on IDN are digital items, including:
- Software applications (Windows, Mac, Web-based)
- Product license keys and activation codes
- SaaS subscriptions
- Plugins, themes, and digital utilities
Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned for change of mind or accidental purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- The product was not delivered due to technical or payment processing issues
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered
- Duplicate payment occurred
Refund requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of purchase for verification.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong product selection by the customer
- Incompatibility with customer’s system (please check system requirements before purchase)
- Products that were accessed or used
3. Replacements for Invalid or Non-Working Keys
If your purchased product is invalid, not working, or incorrect, we provide a replacement:
- Contact our support team with your order number and proof of the issue
- Our team will verify the problem
- A replacement key or product will be issued at no extra cost
4. Vendor Products (If Marketplace)
If a product is sold by a third-party vendor on IDN:
- The vendor is responsible for honoring this Refund & Returns Policy
- IDN reserves the right to review all refund or replacement requests
5. Fraud Prevention
To protect both buyers and sellers, IDN may:
- Investigate suspicious refund or replacement claims
- Deny requests in cases of abuse or fraud
- Suspend accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method
- Within 5–10 business days of approval
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
